This class is a continuation of the Intro to Tai Chi or Qigong classes. It is highly recommended that before trying this class you take one of the Introduction courses. It will begin with the warm-up series of Qigong and then proceeds into the very first part of the First Section of the Wu Ji Jing Gong Tai Chi form. While Qigong involves repetitive, stationary movements, Tai Chi involves a series of interconnected movements forming one continuously flowing form. This class will introduce you to the basics of posture, balance and coordination combined with moving steps and about turns.
