Master Ting's last studio workshop is a perfect follow-up to the Basic Principles.  It is now time to take all of that knowledge of why and how a movement is initiated and performed, and apply it to the Qigong movements.

Qigong is said to be the basis of the Tai Chi form.  What is indisputable is that the correct practice of Qigong will enhance a student's practice and improve all the fundamentals necessary to achieve the maximum circulation of energy within.  Through Qigong we practice to accumulate, balance, and coordinate the flow of our life force to maintain health and well-being.

In his most popular workshop, Master Ting presents each Qigong movement with acute attention to detail, placing emphasis on correct posture, underlying principles, and complete mind - body unity in movement and relaxation.  Students will come away with a better understanding of these movements which should lead to a far deeper benefit and pleasure from their practice.

Any form, style, and level is encouraged to attend, as Master Ting's empasis with his students is always on posture and principles, uniting the body movement for a more refined and solid technique.  Especially helpful for novice students to work on their fundamentals, this seminar is recommended for all students wishing to enhance their practice, solidify their skills and increase their understanding of the circulation of Qi in their bodies.

Qigong is the first stepping-stone to a more complete understanding of Tai Chi.. For anyone attending the foundation classes now being offered at the Rancocas Studio in both Tai Chi and Qigong, this workshop will enhance your training and offer detailed insight into this essential art.

Due to the popularity of this workshop, pre-registration is essential and participation will only be confirmed with payment.

The cost of the Workshop is $95.00,
