In March and April workshops, Master Ting introduced the movements of his Qigong form. In this workshop, he will continue the instruction of the Qigong movements in one of his most popular seminars. Qigong is said to be the basis of the Tai Chi form. What is indisputable is that the correct practice of Qigong will enhance a student's practice and improve all the fundamentals necessary to achieve the maximum circulation of energy within. Through Qigong, we practice to accumulate, balance, and coordinate the flow of our life force, Qi, to maintain health and well-being.

Master Ting will review the movements he covered during last two month's workshops, and then will continue to present the end of remaining movements, with emphasis on detail, correct posture, and underlying principles, fostering complete mind -- body unity in movement and relaxation. All students will come away with a better understanding of these movements which should, in turn, lead to a far deeper benefit and pleasure from their Tai Chi and Qigong practice.

Any form, style, and level is encouraged to attend, as Master Ting's emphasis with his students is always on posture and principles, uniting the body movement for a more refined and solid technique. Especially helpful for novice students to work on their fundamentals, this seminar is recommended for all students wishing to enhance their practice, solidify their skills and increase their understanding of the circulation of Qi in their bodies. Even if you missed the first part of this workshop in March, you will still benefit from the personalized instruction, demonstration and experience that Master Ting brings to his students in each of his seminars.

Qigong is the first stepping-stone to a more complete understanding of Tai Chi. For anyone attending the Introduction and Beginning classes in both Tai Chi and Qigong, this workshop will enhance your training and offer detailed insight into this essential art.

Due to the popularity of this workshop, pre-registration is essential and participation will only be confirmed with payment.

The cost of the Workshop is $95.00. Walk in participation on the day of the workshop (if available) will be $110.
