Bagua is a martial art in its own right with the most prominent feature being perpetual circular motion. Master Ting will present the fundamental principles of Bagua footwork and palm changes as a preliminary to learning Wu Ji Jing Gong Walking Tai Chi.

This workshop will introduce the participants to a technique that is unique to Master Ting's style, where Bagua walking is combined with Tai Chi Chuan form. Walking Tai Chi intensely reinforces the development of body unity, balance and coordination with an emphasis on continuously spiraling movement that produces not only fluidity and grace but more importantly a dynamic momentum of energy.

REGISTRATION: Please register early; because space is limited, registration will be strictly limited to 20 students. Registration is not guaranteed without payment.

The cost of the Workshop is $95.00, payable to William Ting
